Youngsik Kwak
Dr. Youngsik Kwak currently serves as Chair of the Department of Accounting, Economics and Finance and Director of College of Business international programs at the Delaware State University. Dr. Kwak is an established teacher and received twice Dean’s Excellence Award in Teaching. Dr. Kwak is also an experienced researcher and published many research papers in referred journals. One of his research papers received the Best Paper Award at the 2002 International Business and Economics Research Conference. Furthermore, Dr. Kwak has served leadership positions including Department Chair, Associate Dean and Interim Dean in the College of Business. Dr. Kwak received Dean’s Performance Award for Outstanding Leadership.
