Dr. Helen MacLennan, Assistant Professor of Management, teaches both undergraduate and graduate-level business and management courses at the Tampa, FL and MacDill A.F.B. Education Centers and serves as a dissertation committee chair for D.B.A. students. She holds an M.B.A. in real estate studies from Marylhurst University and a Ph.D. in management with a concentration in conflict management from Sullivan University.
Dr. MacLennan serves on the editorial review board for the Journal of Conflict Management and as a site evaluator for the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). She has published research on a variety of topics including business doctoral credential comparison, toxic leadership, and female entrepreneurship in the Journal of Conflict Management, International Journal of Doctoral Studies, Journal of Excellence in Business Education, Journal of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, Southeast Case Research Journal, and the Journal of Transportation Management.
